Coming Soon: Your New Phone System

Now that you have your new laptop and email set up, we will be transitioning your phone system to the Atria 8x8 platform on Thursday, December 14. This transition will further integrate you into the Atria technology platform and enhance our ability to collaborate and service financial professionals.

Here’s a quick overview of what you need to know to make this changeover as smooth as possible.

• On Wednesday, December 6, we will send email invitations to all employees to register for 8x8. Please complete the registration process as soon as possible because the invitations will expire and are required for your transition to the new system.
• The new 8x8 application has already been installed on your new laptop.
• Beginning December 14, the 8x8 Work application will officially replace RingCentral on your laptop.
• Existing numbers will be transferred, including any extensions.
• Voicemails from RingCentral will not be transferred.

Join 8x8 Training
There will be two training sessions for the new 8x8 system. Please plan to attend one of the following sessions. Click the date to register.

• Register: Monday, December 11, at 3:00 p.m. ET
• Register: Tuesday, December 12, at 11:00 a.m. ET

We will send additional information and resources on how to set up your new phone system on Wednesday.
